Refund & Cancellation

At Awatar IT Solutions, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our digital products, please note the following terms regarding refunds and cancellations:
- Digital Products
- All sales of digital products (including but not limited to eBooks, software, online courses, and downloadable content) are final once the product has been delivered or accessed.
- Due to the instant access nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations after the product has been purchased and delivered, unless otherwise specified.
- Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:
- You are unable to access or download the digital product due to a technical issue that we are unable to resolve.
- The digital product is significantly not as described on our website or product listing.
- A duplicate purchase was made due to a technical error.
In such cases, please contact us at info@awataritsolutions.in within 7-14 days from the purchase date with your order details and a description of the issue.
- Process for Refunds
- If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 7-14 days. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase.
- Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
- Non-Refundable Situations
- Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- You change your mind after purchasing the digital product.
- You fail to download or access the digital product within the provided time frame.
- You do not meet the system requirements for using the digital product (please check all technical specifications before purchase).
- You experience issues related to incompatibility with third-party software or hardware.
- Cancellations
- Since digital products are delivered instantly upon payment, cancellations are not possible once the purchase has been completed and the product has been accessed or downloaded.
- If you have not yet downloaded or accessed the product and would like to request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at info@awataritsolutions.in. We will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis.
