Refund & Cancellation

At Awatar IT Solutions, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our digital products, please note the following terms regarding refunds and cancellations:

1. Digital Products

• All sales of digital products (including but not limited to eBooks, software, online courses, and downloadable content) are final once the product has been delivered or accessed.
• Due to the instant access nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations after the product has been purchased and delivered, unless otherwise specified.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

• Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:
  • You are unable to access or download the digital product due to a technical issue that we are unable to resolve.
  • The digital product is significantly not as described on our website or product listing.
  • A duplicate purchase was made due to a technical error.

In such cases, please contact us at info@awataritsolutions.in within 7-14 days from the purchase date with your order details and a description of the issue.

3. Process for Refunds

• If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 7-14 days. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase.
• Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

• Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
  • You change your mind after purchasing the digital product.
  • You fail to download or access the digital product within the provided time frame.
  • You do not meet the system requirements for using the digital product (please check all technical specifications before purchase).
  • You experience issues related to incompatibility with third-party software or hardware.

5. Cancellations

• Since digital products are delivered instantly upon payment, cancellations are not possible once the purchase has been completed and the product has been accessed or downloaded.
• If you have not yet downloaded or accessed the product and would like to request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at info@awataritsolutions.in. We will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis.
